Out of the closets ... into the streets

I'll be presenting a paper to the 10^th Australian Homosexual Histories Conference Into the Streets at the University of Technology, Sydney, 24-25 September 2010. This conference celebrates the 40th anniversary of the lesbian and gay movement in Australia.
I'll be giving a personal account of those 40 years, talking about my own experiences and what it has meant to be out of the closet for close to 40 years.
